“Conan Exiles is an open-world survival game set in the brutal lands of Conan the Barbarian. Survive in a savage world, build your kingdom, and dominate your enemies in brutal combat and epic warfare.

Start with nothing but your bare hands and forge the legacy of your clan, building anything a small home to gigantic fortresses and entire cities. Wage war using swords, bows, siege weapons, and even take control of giant avatars of the gods and lay waste to enemy cities. Explore a vast, seamless world full of challenge and opportunity. Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Warning: This guide was written by using the Admin Panel to unlock all of the achievements. If you have issues with using built-in developer exploits, I suggest you read no further.

For the purposes of this guide, it will be assumed that you are using the Admin Panel to unlock everything.

The first thing you’re going to want to do is to activate the Admin Panel. From here you will be able to unlock all of the achievements. Note that one of them requires you play with a co-op partner but you can still use the Admin Panel to unlock that achievement.

To activate the Admin Panel, press and select ‘Settings’. Press to move over to ‘Server Settings’ tab. From there, select ‘General’ and move over to the button that says, ‘Make Me Admin’. Press to activate it and when you do, at the top right of the screen, a message will pop up that says, ‘Admin Rights Granted’. You now have full access to the Admin Panel.
When that is done, press to go back to the menu and select ‘Admin Panel’. In the left panel, under ‘Other Commands’, check the boxes for ‘God’ and ‘NoSprintCost’. Then below that in ‘Hunger/Thirst’, uncheck the boxes for ‘Eating’, ‘Hunger’ and ‘Thirst’. It is also recommended that under ‘Day/Night Cycle Controls’, you select ‘Noon’ as the time of day. Your game is now set up.

For the majority of these achievements, it is rumored that you cannot be in the starting location (The Broken Highway) as it might cause the game to glitch. It’s best to either walk along the path a good distance or to open the map and teleport to another location (press after positioning yourself on the map, but only if the Admin Panel is active). Note that the map does not scroll, so to see more of the map, teleport to a location near the edge of your screen then reopen the map and you will be able to see more of it.

Also, it is best that when you spawn an item from the Admin Panel that you exit and reenter it each time you want to spawn a different item. Otherwise it might also cause the game to glitch.

Co-op:
There is one achievement that requires a co-op partner. To unlock it, you need to weigh yourself down so much that when you stand on your partner’s head it kills them. If you need a partner, post in the thread.

Conclusion:
Without using the Admin Panel, it would probably take 50+ hours to get the full 1000. You would need to level up naturally in order to earn enough units to purchase resources and recipes, harvest supplies so you can craft items and be strong enough to kill the boss enemies. Thankfully the developers left in this loophole so us players could maximize our gamerscore in no time!

Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and in the ‘Change Player Stats’ section on the left, highlight the ‘Set Level’ box and press . This will open up a keyboard. Set the value to ‘10’ and press to enter. Back in the Admin Panel, click ‘Apply’ (next to the ‘Set Level’ box) and a message will pop up saying you’ve gained a level. This will unlock “Hither Came the Exile....” Repeat the steps for each level achievement you wish to unlock.
Note: If you enter a value of ‘60’ right away, it is possible that the achievements will unlock out of order and possibly skip one which is why it is recommended you do them individually.

Get a dedicated weapon
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item’. Select ‘Gear’ and scroll down, select any weapon (sword) and press to create the weapon in your inventory. A message will pop up saying the name of the weapon and ‘+1’. Back in the game, hold and your wheel will come up. Swivel the to highlight the weapon and release to equip it and the achievement will unlock.

Create your first building
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item’. Select ‘Building’ and scroll down and select ‘Black Ice-Reinforced Wooden Foundation.’ Press on it 12-15 times then close the Admin Panel. This will generate the item in your weapon wheel which you can open by holding .
In your weapon wheel, swivel the to highlight the Foundation and release to ‘equip’ it. You can now place these on the ground, so proceed to lay them all down. After placing 12 or so against each other in a square/rectangle the achievement will unlock.

O Sleeper Awake

Sleep on a bed or bedroll
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item’. Select ‘Building’ and scroll down and select ‘Bed’. Press on it once then close the Admin Panel. This will generate the item in your weapon wheel which you can open by holding .
In your weapon wheel, swivel the to highlight the Bed and release to ‘equip’ it. You can now place it anywhere on the ground. When you’ve completed this, the achievement will unlock (you don't actually have to sleep on it).

Use a religious altar
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item’. Select ‘Building’ and scroll down and select ‘Altar of Ymir.’ Press on it once then close the Admin Panel. This will generate the item in your weapon wheel which you can open by holding .
In your weapon wheel, swivel the to highlight the Altar and release to ‘equip’ it. You can now place it on the ground (make sure you have enough room). Once it is placed, walk up to it and press when the Altar prompt appears. The achievement will unlock soon afterwards.

Put an enemy in the Wheel of Pain
For this achievement, we need to generate a few items in the Admin Panel to set this up.
- Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item’. Select ‘Building’ and search for ‘WHEEL.’ When the list comes up, select ‘Wheel of Pain’ and press on it once.
- Still in the ‘Admin Panel’, in the ‘Spawn Item’ section, select ‘Gear’ and search for ‘FIBER’. When the list comes up, select ‘Fiber Bindings’ and press on it once.
- Still in the ‘Admin Panel,’ in the ‘Spawn Item’ section, select ‘Gear’ and search for ‘TRUN.’ When the list comes up, select ‘Truncheon’ and press on it once.
This will generate the items in your weapon wheel which you can open by holding . In your weapon wheel, swivel the to highlight the Wheel and release to ‘equip’ it. You can now place it on the ground (make sure you have enough room). Next, equip both the Fiber Bindings and Truncheon (they will appear in separate hands). Now you need an enemy.
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the middle section with three buttons. Select ‘Spawn Humanoids’ and select ‘AltarAxe_grinder.’ When it spawns, keep hitting it with (strong attack) until their top (thinner) white bar is depleted. This will knock them out. You want to use the Fiber Bindings because that deals less damage than an actual weapon.
When the prompt comes up, press to tie up the enemy. Drag it over to the Wheel and press when the Wheel prompt appears. This will place the enemy into the Wheel, unlocking the achievement.

Craft an Exceptional or Flawless item

For this achievement, we need to go through a lot of steps; spawn the necessary items, gain the knowledge to craft the weapon then actually craft it. It can get a little confusing, but it is actually very simple to do.
We first need to generate a few items in the Admin Panel to set this up.
- Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item.’ Select ‘Building’ and search for ‘BENCH.’ When the list comes up, select ‘Blacksmith’s Bench’ and press on it once. Close the Admin Panel, open your weapon wheel and place it on the ground.
- Press to bring up the menu again. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the middle section with three buttons and select ‘Spawn Humanoids’. Before we generate anything, navigate past the list and down to ‘Spawn as converted thrall item’ and check the box.
- Move back up and search for ‘4’. When the list comes up, select ‘Black_Hand_Blacksmith_4_Cimmerian’ to generate one in your inventory. Close the Admin Panel.
- Next, walk up to the Bench and press when the prompt appears so the Crafting screen comes up. On the left side, there will be an anvil/hammer icon. Press on it then move over to the box named ‘Thrall’ in the middle section. Press and the blacksmith will spawn at the bench. The reason you want a level 4 blacksmith is because only they can craft flawless or exceptional items.
Now that we have the items in place, depending on which weapon we choose to craft will determine what knowledge is required to craft it. On the right side of the Crafting screen, you will see a series of boxes of weapons that can be crafted. They are blacked out because you don’t yet have the knowledge to craft them.
The weapon Maka selects in the video below is the ‘Star Metal Mace’ (he first selects ‘Flawless Hardened Steel Mace’ but then changes it midway), so for the purposes of this achievement, it would be simplest if we mimic what he does. This weapon requires 1 ‘Short Handle’ and 12 ‘Star Metal Bars.’ We first need to ‘buy’ the knowledge to craft this weapon in the ‘Feats’ menu.
A couple of notes about ‘Feats’
:
- The icons in this menu are one of three colors; ‘Green,' ‘Yellow,’ or ‘Red.’ ‘Green’ means that you have its knowledge, ‘Yellow’ means that it can be purchased, and ‘Red’ means that a Yellow icon must be purchased before you can purchase it.
- The higher level you are gives you more units to spend, so if you are a Level 60, you will have approximately 500 units. Everything required for this achievement costs approximately 140 units, so if you have not done so yet, use the Admin Panel to reach Level 60 (refer to “...A Champion…”).
To gain the knowledge to craft the ‘Star Metal Mace’, press and navigate over to ‘Feats.’ This is where you spend units so you can learn how to craft an item. Press until you are on the icon with two crossed swords (the fifth icon from the left). In the ‘Hiltmaker’ section is the weapon we want to craft (‘Star Metal Mace,’ third icon from the left). Move over to it and on the top right of the screen it will show us the icon we need to craft it. For this item, we are verifying that we need ‘Hiltmaker.’
Navigate to the ‘Hiltmaker’ icon just above the weapon icon and on the top right it will show us the three items we need to purchase. You will notice that these three icons are yellow or red, meaning they haven’t been purchased yet. For the ‘Hiltmaker’ recipe, we need the ‘Warrior’ icon, the ‘Furnace’ icon and the ‘Axe’ icon.
- On the same tab as the ‘Hiltmaker’ icon, move up to the yellow ‘Warrior’ icon and press to purchase it. You do not need to purchase anything else in this subset.
- Press to move back one icon (to the fire/wood icon) and navigate down to the ‘Stone Tools’ section. The first icon in that section is the yellow ‘Furnace’ icon, so purchase that.
- Next, in the same ‘Stone Tools’ section, in the second row, five icons from the left is the ‘Axe’ icon we require. You will notice that this icon is red, so we need to purchase other items first. Since we have more than enough units, proceed to purchase every icon in the ‘Stone Tools’ section.
- This will give us the three required icons needed to purchase ‘Hiltmaker.’
Press to go back to the two crossed swords tab. Navigate to the ‘Hiltmaker’ icon and you will see that on the top right of the screen all three icons are now highlighted green. Press to purchase the ‘Hiltmaker.’
Next, move down to the ‘Star Metal Mace’ icon and you will see that on the top right of the screen the icon is also highlighted green. Press to purchase the ‘Star Metal Mace’. You now have the knowledge to craft this item.
Below the weapon boxes it shows the item or items required to craft that weapon. To craft the ‘Star Metal Mace,’ this weapon requires 1 ‘Short Handle’ and 12 ‘Star Metal Bars.’
- Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the panel on the right called ‘Spawn Item’. Select ‘Resources’ and search for ‘SHORT.’ When the list comes up, select ‘Short Handle’ and press on it once.
- Still in the ‘Admin Panel’ in the ‘Spawn Item’ section, select ‘Other’ and search for ‘STAR.’ When the list comes up, select ‘Star Metal Bar,’ and press on it 12 times. Close the Admin Panel.
Once you have spawned the items, press on the bench to open up the Crafting screen. On the left side, it will show your inventory, including what you just spawned. Highlight one of the required items and press . Then navigate to the middle section and place the item in a box below ‘Thrall’. Repeat this step for any additional items spawned for your weapon.
Once you have done that, find the weapon on the right side of the screen and you will see that there is now an image of the weapon. Navigate down and you will see that the ‘Craft’ button near the bottom is now selectable with . Press and it will craft the weapon. When it has finished, the achievement will unlock.

Defeat the Undead Dragon
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and move over to the middle section with three buttons. Select ‘Spawn Humanoids’ and search for ‘BOSS.' When the list comes up, select ‘Boss_UndeadDragon’.
Without leaving the Admin Panel, navigate to the bottom of the middle selection, highlight ‘Kill All Spawned NPCs’ and press . This will kill the enemy, unlocking the achievement.
Note: This will also count towards “The Road of Kings.”

Without leaving the Admin Panel, navigate to the bottom of the middle selection, highlight ‘Kill All Spawned NPCs’ and press . This will kill the enemy, unlocking the achievement.

Wolves Beyond the Border

Reach the highlands
South of the volcano, between the snowy area and the desert (light brown) area is a location called the highlands. To get this achievement to unlock, you can’t simply teleport into the location. What you need to do is teleport somewhere along the northern or southern border of the area and walk into the location to discover it.
Open the map by pressing , move the cursor around to find a position then press to teleport to that location. Maka shows the teleport location and path to take in his 100% video walkthrough, starting at [22:10].
Dying Embers

Reach the volcano
To get this achievement to unlock, you can’t simply teleport into the location. What you need to do is teleport somewhere along the southern edge of the volcano and walk up a path into the location to discover it. It is best to teleport to an area due south from the volcano itself just north of the snowy area.
Open the map by pressing , move the cursor around to find a position then press to teleport to that location. Maka shows the teleport location and path to take in his 100% video walkthrough, starting at [24:18].
The Cliffs Reel

Fall for 3 seconds without dying
Note: Make sure you have God Mode on for this achievement.
After unlocking “Iron Shadows in the Moon,” while still in the air, go into the Admin Panel and in the ‘Other Commands’ section on the left, select ‘Walk.' This will cause your character to fall to the ground. If you were high enough to fall for more than 3 seconds, this achievement will unlock when you land. If it doesn’t unlock, try it in an area that’s a lower altitude.
Iron Shadows in the Moon

Reach the skies above the Exiled Lands
Press to bring up the menu. Select ‘Admin Panel’ and in the ‘Other Commands’ section on the left, select ‘Fly.' Back out into the game and hold . This will raise your character up into the air. Keep holding until the achievement unlocks. The lower your starting altitude is will determine how long you will need to hold the button.
It might be worth climbing or teleporting to the highlands or the volcano first then use ‘Fly’ since you will already be at a higher altitude.
You can unlock “The Cliffs Reel” immediately after this one.
The Tower of the Elephant

Kill something by standing on its head

This is an online achievement.
Note: In order for the invited player to activate the Admin Panel, the host must create both a Server Password and an Admin Password (they can be simple like ‘1234’). Then, when it is the invited person’s turn to get the achievement and they go to activate the Admin Panel (to turn on God Mode), they will be prompted for both passwords.
There are probably multiple ways you can unlock this but we’ll be discussing the simplest method, standing on your partner’s head and weighing yourself down.
Have a partner join your game and have them stand on the ground next to a rock or elevated structure so you can jump on their head. Jump on their head and then open the Admin Panel and move over to the right to ‘Spawn Item.' Select ‘Building’ and choose any item you think might be heavy, like the ‘Altar of Ymir’ (Maka uses a Foundation in the video, but the Altar is much heavier). Hold and the item will spawn in increments of 100 instead of 1 when you press . When your weight becomes unbearable, your partner will be killed from the weight and the achievement will unlock.
Note: Make sure that the partner being killed does
not
have ‘God Mode’ on.

The Road of Kings

Complete the first chapter of the Journey
To activate the Admin Panel, please read the Abbreviated Walkthrough in the roadmap. For tasks where you need to use the Admin Panel, it is recommended that you relocate from the starting location first.
There are 10 tasks you must do in order to complete the Chapter 1 Journey. To see these tasks, press . Alternately, you can press then to ‘Journey.'
1. Climb - From the starting location, The Broken Highway, to your right and forward is a rock formation and when you walk up to it, it starts to glow green. Press to jump onto it.
2. Drink - Go to the Admin Panel and in the ‘Hunger/Thirst’ section on the left side, press the ‘+’ button next to ‘Water.'
3. Eat - Go to the Admin Panel and in the ‘Hunger/Thirst’ section on the left side, press the ‘+’ button next to ‘Food’.
4. Use a bed or bedroll - Refer to the “O Sleeper Awake” achievement.
5. Clothe yourself - In the Admin Panel, move over to ‘Spawn Item’ on the right side. Press ‘Resources’ then search for ‘SANDALS.' Select it and press on the item.
6. Slay! - Kill any one of the 7 bosses for those separate achievements.
7. Craft a tool
  1. In the Admin Panel, move over to ‘Spawn Item’ on the right side. Press ‘Resources’ then search for ‘BRANCH.' Select it and press five times (you need five of these to spawn a Stone Hatchet).
  2. Still in the Admin Panel, in the ‘Spawn Item’ section, press ‘Resources’ then search for ‘STONE.' Select it and press five times (you need five of these to spawn a Stone Hatchet). Exit Admin Panel.
  3. Press , Inventory tab, ‘Crafting’ on the right side. Navigate through the items until you land on ‘Stone Hatchet.' Press to spawn item (with items you created). Once it is complete, the message ‘Craft a tool’ will pop up, completing this task.
8. Find signs of intelligent life - From the starting location, The Broken Highway, to your right and forward is a rock formation and when you walk up to it, it starts to glow green. Press to interact.
9. Kick - While unarmed, press .
10. Dodge - While in combat stance, press .
