Great experience and how can you beat that price!!! She did a great job. I had about four inches cut off my hair, and I'm very happy.

Just don't go here. The stylists are very unfriendly generally with a few exceptions. No customer service skills at all.

Only gave it a 3 when really I'd only give it a 2 if it weren't for our specific stylist who was working hard and did what I asked.

Checkin online said 23 min. Got there and it said 45. It really turned into an hour and the woman who seemed like "the manager" was loud, talking about getting McDonalds and smarting off and embarrassing her daughter who was hanging around in the salon. She was dismissive of a young boy in getting his hair done, passing judgment against how he usually cuts his hair and who he goes too and then when the young kid didn't realize he should leave a tip, you could tell she was overly annoyed. Instead of servicing the 4 people sitting waiting for their hair to be done and who had sat in there waiting for a long while, she went back and argued with McDonald's about an order. She was very unprofessional scolding her child in front of patrons and being overtly loud about it too.

The haircut my son received was done well and the stylist focused and did it quickly. She was cranking people through, while the other one messed around. It made me think twice about going back there. There would have been zero redeeming qualities about this store if the stylist we had weren't there today! I almost walked out twice.

I'm honestly dumbfounded how the two young ladies working today even got hired. Poor service, attitude, gross work space, it was an awful experience.

Don't get me wrong I know the bar is pretty low at most of the chain haircut establishments but this was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
