Huge props to Timothy from @ZiplyFiber, dude came out a day early and fixed our internet in 15 minutes (was an issue with our terminal connection at the building) so we're back up and running.Also props to Ashley, tech I spoke with on the phone for being hella thorough.

@ZiplyFiber My internet is down, has been since the 30th.I have called Support 10 times.I keep getting different answers and promises of a fix, then that committed fix time goes by.I do not have internet, but I'm still paying for internet service.

@ZiplyFiber We have spoken to 15 tech and customer service reps. Been promised 3 callbacks that never came. Our service has not been restored. Our provisioning was deleted for no reason, though our billing has continues. We have no internet.

@ZiplyFiber I'm a previous Verizon/Frontier customer so I know you'll work here. Just need to figure out some way to get ethernet from the garage into the house, since they previously used coax.

@ZiplyFiber we tried to use our just-in-case home phone today for the first time in months and were greeted with โyour service has been suspended.โ No emails or notifications at all, still being billed full price, my account looks fine online. How is that possible?

@ZiplyFiber After SIX HOURS on the phone with various Ziply support, one of your Tech Supervisors hung up on me so he could go home for the day. I still have no internet. It has been down since the 30th, due to errors on your end.Disgraceful.

Shout out @ZiplyFiber for not only taking double what I owe this month using the autopay option, but also not correcting it for 24-48 hours. Iโm so happy I get to pay a $40 overdraft fee when my insurance payment goes thru later w/ no compensation. Service companies are the worst
